Exchanges and returns can be requested within 7 business days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Defective products can be exchanged within 30 days.
2 Conditions for Exchange/Return.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with labels and accompanied by the invoice.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for exchange or return.
3 Step by Step.

Please contact customer service by email or phone, stating the reason for your request.

After approval, send the product by mail or indicated carrier. Shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return.
4 Refund or Exchange.

In case of return, the refund will be made using the same payment method.

For exchanges, the customer can choose another item of equal value or request the difference.
5 Defective Products.

If the defect is confirmed, the exchange or repair will be carried out at no additional cost.
