The Deadlines and Delivery Policy defines the rules and information about the production, dispatch and delivery times of products to customers. It includes details such as the shipping deadline after payment confirmation, estimated delivery time by region, shipping options, conditions for delays (e.g. external causes such as strikes or weather), and guidelines in case of delivery problems. This policy aims to ensure transparency, alignment of expectations and customer satisfaction, reinforcing trust in the purchasing process.

Deadlines:

1 Delivery Time

  • The period starts counting from the confirmation of payment and is informed before finalizing the purchase.

  • It is calculated in business days and may vary depending on the region, delivery method and payment method.

  • Delivery and delivery time simulation can be done in the cart, by entering the zip code.

 

2 Factors That Can Change the Deadline

  • Inconsistencies in the address provided.

  • Absence of a person responsible for receiving the product (up to 3 delivery attempts are made).

  • Natural or adverse conditions, such as rain, strikes or accidents.

 

3 Delivery Methods

  • Some regions may have restrictions, requiring collection at post offices.

 

4 Special Policies

  • Unscheduled delivery: It is not possible to request advance or priority delivery.

  • Deliveries may occur in parts, depending on item availability.

 

5 Tracking and Tracing

  • The customer can track the order through the "My Account" area on the website.

 

6 Delays and Incorrect Addresses

  • After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to stock and will be reserved for 10 business days, requiring a new payment to ship the order.

  • The customer must keep the registration address up to date.

 

7 Delivery Criteria

  • Carried out at the indicated address, and may be delivered to third parties present at the location, as this occurs it is informed by the carrier/post office in the delivery confirmation receipt.

  • There is no delivery inside buildings (only at the reception, gate or similar).
